hallo brothers and sisters
let us celebrate together
A very joyful and circle-building dance, especially when the facilitator has a natural heart of joy herself.
In Dance Therapy sessions, this dance and song will cltivate an ease and openness quicly.

The Dance is walked in a wide stepped African fashion
in a line.
First the hands on the hips of the person in front of you.
then in the air,
improvised interaction and movement according to the facilitator of the dance.
Eye contact and welcoming smiles (I guess even if it hurts) are definately called for.
I have used this dance a number of times to warm the joy hearts of the circle.
