Notes
The song is about the last Incan king and, like king Arthur, his
return.
The fellow who wrote this song (Victor Hara) was held captive with
thousands of others in Chile
during the Allende fiasco which involved the CIA.
The version of his death that I have heard is that---
When he sang his songs to keep his fellow prisonersí spirits high,
they told him not to sing and play his guitar.
He continued to do so.
So they cut off his hands.
He died soon died of the wounds.
When wishing to cultivate the qualities of nobility within the
participants of the circle, this dance is excellent.
