Notes
The Outer circle is the first part of Tsadik Katimar, done slowly,
as the elder trees of the Rain Forest, the Guardians of the Forest Life.
The inner circle is the second part of Tsadik Katimar, done quite
briskly, as the young and vibrant growth of the Forest Life.
The song is about the questionable survival of the Rain Forest
It speaks of the violation we as humanunkindes have brought to forests
like the Amazonian. From the depths of Nature there is a plea for compassion,
balance, true humanity, so that all beings of the Earth may live. and of
human life, a part of the weave of the Forest.
When working with teenagers this is an excellent dance to bring
them into their enthusiasmos. First teach ìThe Wise One and The Foolî (see)
then teach this dance. Place the people who could dance The Wise One best
in the inner circle, the others in the outer circle. Every time I do this
with a group of teenagers, the outer circle of trees writhes and sways
in all sorts of new and rhythmic ways. You might then follow the dance
(when with teenagers) with ëNightwalkingí. Teenagers,
despite the outer layer of cool, are still very close to the wonder and
magic of their souls, so do not be timid to cast the magic matrix (the
Inner Story) deeply and truly.
