after attending a weekend event
where Anja used the song as a theme for the weekend
Almost every time I have witnessed Anja sing this song in a circle,
the wide tears of deep life wash clean the beautiful faces of the dancers.
This is an especially fitting dance to use as a ërhythm danceí. A
'rhythm dance' is a dance the facilitator will use to deepen the experience
of an event. The dance will be used again and again at the appropriate
times during the event. The most important quality of a 'rhythm dance'
is usually that it must have content to the words or the basic mythic meaning.
The content and the theme of the event (or those qualities which the facilitator
is attempting to cltivate within thew circle) should be in harmony.
