I will use this beatiful song which is available from Kurt
Von Sickles Web Page to bring to a fore the heart openings only of very
special evenings. Two lines face one another, each person holds a
votive candle. One by one, taking all the time in the world, each
person will go to the end of the line and then walk slowly through the
two lines of people as the people in the two lines hold their candles with
one hand and, with the other, waft blessings towards the passing one.

It is very inportant that you do not pull this out unless the hearts
have truly already deeply opened, otherwize you will just be creating a
bunch of messy smaltz.
