Notes
The origin of the dance being traditional is questionable, as are
the origins and authenticity of many of Bernardís dances. This is not a
complaint. Bernard had the sense of soul to bring to the moment what was
most appropriate for the growth of the hearts with whom he danced. Probably
my favorite quote attributed by many to Bernard is:
ìI never let truth get in the way of a good story.î
