The movements after the frst five steps begn at the earth or at
the heart, rise with cupped hands, open and then retrn to the heart ---
from earth to heaven, become the chalice. This dance, simple
and deep, is a strong healing movement for the most advanced or the most
timid of dancers. The Sacred Circle Dance Library has a goodly number
of this type of dance which dance therapists far and wide are incorporating
into their work.
