The ëangel poseí is simply ending the sequence of the dance in
your favorite impish scruffy angel pose.
One of my tricks for children is to teach them this dance and then
... perhaps several rounds into the dance ... cast about three reams of
colored florist tissue into the center of the circle and start to throw
them up into the air. Mayhem and laughter immediately break forth as the
children dive into the flying rainbows and toss and toss and laugh and
roll ... works well with people who call themselves ëadultsí also.
