The Turn of the Heart
left arms extends to the left as
the right hand sweeps from the heart slightly right
and then out towards the left hand
weight is firmly on left foot, the right toe is on the ground---
as the right hand sweeps towards and through the heart,the body weight shifts to the right toe
and we spin in a complete circle
ending in Tadasana, The Mountain,
hands in Namaskar.
